Lakeview home, eight minutes drive to beach or downtown; quiet country setting
Spacious updated home in the heart of Kelowna ("Old Glenmore". Within a 15 minute drive, you will find 16 golf courses, 8 beaches, two shopping malls.
A great place for visitors, golfers, boaters, or family vacations but not a party place as our home sits on a quiet residential street (at the end of a cul-de-sac, so very private).
Guests rave about the views and the space in this updated 3,500 sf home. Lake Okanagan is a 10 minute drive, as is downtown Kelowna and the mall. A bike trail from the end of our street takes you to a variety of attractions with a 10 minute ride. There are 16 great golf courses, within a 20 minute drive (including Kelowna's best course, 10 minutes away) Backs up next to Knox mountain, offering a completely private fenced-in yard (pet-friendly). Spacious living room and dining room (seating for 10) overlook city and Lake Okanagan. Four large bedrooms (one king size bed, three queens), updated kitchen, theatre room with full wall (12 ft screen); modern appliances include induction cook top, main floor LG washer/drier, large natural gas Weber BBQ (never run out of of propane!) Two outdoor dining areas (each sits 6); hot tub with great views of city as well as partial lake view

On the day you leave please text (250-864-5141) your time of departure so that we can let the cleaners know without disturbing your visit (optional)
Please ensure BBQ is completely turned off by turning burner dials fully clockwise so the icons on all three burners are upright

I love showing others the beauty of where we live! Kelowna has to be one of the best cities in the world - especially for those who love adventure! In fact, my wife and I moved from Ontario 25 years ago, when our 3 sons told us they were moving "out west," and suggested we join them - but they were moving regardless!!
Why they chose this property
I love that the community of Glenmore (a 10 minute drive to Kelowna Golf and Country Club -one of Kelowna's best) is SO close to all the action. Most Kelowna attractions are within a 10-15 minute drive. A 10 minute bike ride takes to you to beaches and the Kelowna Yacht club. The views of the city, the mountains and the lake are all visible from our living room!
What makes this property unique
People talk about the centrality of the house, while away from the hustle and bustle. So while we are a stones throw to most Kelowna attractions, we also share the community with a number of deer
