This newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, 2 smart TVs with Amazon Firestick (no cable), a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi, providing all the comforts of home. Enjoy your private oceanview balcony and the convenience of being within walking distance to all the fantastic restaurants in the midtown area. This unit is non-smoking, no pets allowed, and accommodates up to 6 guests. Parking is available for 1 car, with additional public street parking for extra vehicles. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

This place needs some time and energy spent into it. Everything felt icky. The mattress were not protected, and the "clean" protectors were covered in debris and hair. Literally nothing is inside. I get you have to bring your own things, but this felt like a "college student" level vrbo... rigged enough to get by. I was very sad and disappointed. It was gross.

The Coral Reef 210 was a very cozy and inviting condo to stay at for 10 days at the beach. Very close to the beach and close to a lot of fun places to venture to within walking distance, quiet and clean neighbors, and the amenities made my stay feel like home. A/C units kept things cool on hot days which was a plus. I would probably say I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable, but other than that, 9/10!! Would definitely stay here again.
