Good location, enough room for everyone.

The property manager was friendly and prompt at responding to our questions. The house had enough room for all of us and the outdoor space was great for enjoying the weather. Location was great too!

Gorgeous property + location

The art house is a beautiful spot to spend a long weekend. The open plan kitchen into the outdoor area nestled in palm trees with views of Mount Coolum makes you feel like a home away from home. Would highly recommend this place for your next getaway!

A nice stay

Some of the outdoor furniture is in a bit of disrepair, the pool needs some TLC and the cleaning could be better but overall our group had a lovely long weekend stay. We appreciated the very effective ducted air con on the hot weekend.

Best return to the area

This was our first return back to the Sunshine Coast after Covid since we used to come here every summer for the past 5 years before covid so we were a bit worried things had changed a bit, but this house was amazing, everything we had expected, and we loved the segregated media and living rooms which made it very easy to spend quality time together in the living room when needed or the media room when it was time for movies or our favourite, to watch the tennis. The pool was amazing and decking area and back yard was just the right size with a beautiful view to Mt Coolum and the beautiful plants in the yard just made it so much better. The location was also fantastic giving security given it was a gated community and also easy access to the beach and private tennis court. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a lovely vacation away from home.
