Spacious 2 Bedroom Suite Near Southside Park

Enjoy this 2 bedroom basement suite in a family friendly neighbourhood. This space features plenty of sleeping accommodations with a queen, a double and pullout couch. The full kitchen offers all of the essentials and a cozy living room to relax and unwind.

Easy access to all amenities including Woodstock Hospital, hockey arena, parks, restaurants and shopping. Close proximity to the 401 and 403 highways, train station and local bus route.

Please park in the gravel parking space watch for the curb when entering, street parking is allowed (up to 5hrs) throughout the spring, summer and fall but is NOT permitted from December 1st to March 31st between 2am and 6am per the City of Woodstock. Host will not be responsible for parking infractions if parked on street during restricted times.

Guests have the suite to themselves with a separate entrance. Entrance is via the side door of the house, you will receive the code for the door prior to check-in date.

The property is located a short walk from southside park in Woodstock. It’s a great family friendly neighborhood with plenty of community activities nearby, including hockey arena, baseball fields, swimming pool and lawn bowling. It’s also convenient to get to either of the major highways 403 and 401.
