Our apartment is in the heart of downtown Montreal, in the Quartier des Spectacles.
You'll be a 1-minute walk from UQAM, 4 minutes from the Saint-Laurent or Berri-UQAM metros, and just a few minutes from Place des Arts.
A coworking space, gym and shared terrace are also available.
The apartment has a closed bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, there's a queen-size sofa bed and a 1-place inflatable mattress.

We had a wonderful stay here…the location was perfect for the Montreal Jazz fest. Super clean, fancy, well appointed room and great communication from the host. Will stay here again!!

Very nice and conveniently located tiny apartment. The entrance is not trivial to find, but the instructions in the brochure clarify it (which I didn't read). The only complaint I have is that the 8-digit code for the building door is a hassle. After you enter the first few digits, it starts showing "invalid pin entered," but you have to keep putting it in... Also, there is a club on the same street, so there are many young people outside on Friday and Saturday nights, but the apartment was quiet. In total, we enjoyed the stay and would come again.
