Notice of Exterior Wall and Balcony Repair Work
Please be advised that exterior wall and balcony repair work will be carried out at the building. We kindly ask for your understanding prior to making a reservation.
Construction Period:
October 27, 2025 – approximately 6 to 12 months (schedule subject to change)
Working Hours:
Weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
(Weekends and public holidays excluded)
Construction Method:
Suspended gondola scaffolding will be used for exterior work.
Please note that grinding, vibration, and construction noise will occur.
Balcony Restrictions:
Balconies located within active work areas will be closed for safety reasons.
Pool Closure:
For safety purposes, the swimming pool will be closed during the construction period.
The pool area will remain inaccessible until all construction work is fully completed.

Before making a reservation, please carefully consider and understand the following:
For privacy and safety, please keep curtains or blinds closed during construction work.
Depending on construction conditions, work may occasionally begin earlier than 8:00 AM.
Access to unit lanais (balconies) will be restricted during exterior wall and balcony repairs.
Parking availability may be limited in certain areas.
The swimming pool will remain closed throughout the construction period for safety reasons.
Fine dust may be generated inside the building as a result of construction activities.
Construction schedules may be extended due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Even units not directly within the construction area may be affected by noise.
Please be advised that construction schedules and durations may be changed or extended without prior notice due to unforeseen conditions.
