The views were amazing and my favourite part. We enjoyed the breakfast nook overlooking nearby farmland and an inlet. Air conditioning kept the house cool. The many couches and a large dining room table fit our family of six easily. Though renovations are ongoing to the attached inn, work started at a reasonable time. It was never a disruption. The kitchen has the basics, but no food staples were provided. So don’t forget your coffee!

Beautiful location!

Wow! What a gorgeous property! The view from the back porch was stunning! The house had plenty of room for all of us (8), with large bedrooms and spaces for us to sit back and relax.

Lovely pastoral home

Overall the stay was wonderful. The vistas out the front window and from most bedrooms were magnificent. The VRBO photos do not do it justice! The location is great being 15 minutes drive from Cavendish, Kensington, Summerside Anne of Green Gables museum so there’s loads to do. The home is large and clean although there were a few things that would make the stay more comfortable. The bedding is not hotel quality and not what I’d use at home. Recommend upgrading. The living room and lovely large deck need some tables to put snacks and drinks on. Oh yes, the main bathroom tub needs refinishing and an anti slip mat. Six adults stayed four nights and we had a wonderful time. Thanks so much Paul!
