The spacious entire private suite at lower level (walkout) with 2 huge windows is just for you! located in a very quiet and safe family neighbourhood with beautiful nature and West mountain view at the Northwest corner of the city. Fast and easy access to LRT Tuscany station, University, Cochorain, airport and highways to western national Parks. Two large bedrooms all have a comfortable solid wood queen bed. Full bathroom with walk in shower, centre heating system, and radiant heaters in each bedrooms and living area for extra warm during those cold days.
A few minute walk to CO-OP grocery store and gas station. The home is also located minutes driving from Royal Oak Centre and Crowfoot Crossing centre with access to many stores, coffee shops, Banks and restaurants, movie theatre and gas station.
Guest access Access to patio outside, and shared laundry room on main floor/upstairs - free to use if book 2 or more nights .
Other things to note: * we live upstairs. * No visitors and unregistered guests allowed. * No pets, parties & events or loud music; * No drugs and smoker * Keep quiet after 11:00pm

Comfort and Convenience. Beautiful natural view on outskirts of Calgary.
Our stay was very comfortable and convenient for access to the U of C. The beds were very comfortable and the front deck was a nice bonus, as was the lovely big shower.
My husband and I were taking some norwegian and danish friends on a road trip through canada. We stayed here as a resting point between Fernie and Banff. Perfect little place!
This place was perfect for us as a family of 4 with two young children . Easy to find in a lovely neighbourhood! There’s a playground close by and grocery store as well. Communication was great w the property manager and we really enjoyed our stay !

Came for a triathlon over at the YMCA, proximity is perfect. Large rooms, could even have a single bed in one of the rooms to add additional sleeping space.
Property was great! Big bedrooms, quiet location. Wish there were a few more towels and an actual stove. We started for a week and would have like to do more cooking ourselves.

Clean, good location close to mountains, and amenities. Good value for the money. Lovely deck, very private. If mobility is an issue, be aware the walkway is uneven. Wonderful host, very quick to reapond and easy to work with.

A quaint Rest Stop
A clean private basement suite with a partial mountain view and some greenspace. Beds were comfortable and clean. Shower was very nice. Cons - fridge/freezer is small and couchlow/umcomfortable. uncomfortable.

A Family friendly neighborhood, very quiet and secure with great nature and mountain views. It is a safe and relatively new community in northwest Calgary. A new large recreation centre ( Shane Home YMCA) nearby. A few minute walk to bus station and CO-OP grocery store . The home is also located minutes driving from Royal Oak Centre and Crowfoot Crossing centre with access to many stores, coffee shops, Banks and restaurants, movie theatre . Very quick and easy access to the city ring road-Stoney Trail and the TransCanada highway 1 to famous national parks and so many lakes. Perfect for a getaway to the mountains, ski in winter or to simply explore the city.
