The House was absolutley Beautiful was very clean had a wonderful welcome basket . The Host was very Professional!! The Bed was very comfortable and those pillows omg the best!!I would stay here a 100 times over. I Highly recomend this house and host

All the reviews of this home state how clean the property was for them. We experienced the opposite. Pictures were provided to rental property host. Response was not received until the next day and we were told a 3-4 month renter had just moved out and there wasn't time to properly clean the residence. We were disappointed in moldy shower curtains, dusty vents, a toilet seat that would not stay in place, filthy carpet, a refrigerator that was not wiped out and food stains on pictures. Host did realize that in the future the property should not be rented until a proper cleaning can be done before the next guests arrive.On a good note, the property is in a nice location, food is close, and it was only about 12 minutes to Graceland. The beds were comfortable as others stated (yet we worried about how clean they were based on the rest of the house). The house is well stocked with kitchen needs. We had narrowed our search to two homes, but chose this one based on all the wonderful cleanliness reviews. I want to believe that the host was truthful and we just happened to arrive right after some long time renters. The host offered no sort of compensation, just an apology. It was a very unfortunate situation, but we did not get the clean home we were expecting and all really felt a little dirty when we left. There were many other options of vrbos in the area, so if we return, we will not stay at this home again.

Perfect Home away from Home

Ms Toi is the perfect host. She reached out to us prior to us arriving to learn a little about us as well as provide us with details about herself. She had very detailed instructions for us to follow. The was a welcome basket with some amenities, including snacks and toiletry items. She left no stone unturned. Her home decor was cozy and inviting. The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. We will definitely come vack and stay again.

Amazing Host& Place to Stay

Our stay was absolutely amazing. First time booking through evolve rental’s and being in a townhouse. But we was amazed on how great it was. Small but spacious just perfect size 3BR with a bathroom in every bedroom. The host was amazing also text to introduce theirselves. And made sure if we needed anything to let them know before we even check in. On arriving we was welcome to a nice welcome note along we gifts for our birthday and anniversary that we were celebrating. That was so sweet never had any host to think about us as much as they did. It’s the small things that matter the most. Even added an hot tub in the back couldn’t have gotten any better than that. Beds was also so soft and comfortable. I almost asked could I have a pillow or at least buy one. Also help us with great places to visit for fun while in town. Overall if you’re looking and not booking this townhouse your missing out on this Great place and with the best host you will ever have. That will go out their way to make sure your stay is comfortable while you have a great time.

Stay away or be disappointed

Our visit started on 3/28/25. The house had minimal appeal. The furniture is dated, Carpet in bedrooms is unhealthy it traps all allergens. The bathrooms had cheap toilet paper and the first roll had a little tissue left on it. We had to go out and purchase more toilet paper after being in the house 3 days. Two of the four TV’s didn’t work. We attempted to contact the property owner several times doing our stay, she did not answer phone calls. Upon our departure we were unable to lock the inside door, we called the owner 4-5 times, she never answered or returned our calls. We called Evolve for assistance with locking the door and was told it was noted that we only had to close the door and it would lock, not true! We stood outside 45 minutes trying to secure/lock the door! The renter did not communicate with us during our stay! We have rented properties in a lot of different states and this property had minimal appeal and the host was unsatisfactory. We will not rent and/or recommend this property to anyone we know.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We texted over arrival information, including the door code and Smart lock instructions, before check-in. That same information was also listed in the house guide- We’re sorry you weren’t able to reach us by phone. We monitor texts and recommend that as the quickest way to get help during a stay- We confirmed all four Roku TVs are working properly and haven’t received any other reports of issues- We supply 12 rolls of Angel Soft toilet paper for a standard stay, and the carpets were recently professionally cleaned to help maintain a fresh environmentThanks for taking the time to leave your review.
