New modern guesthouse in the heart of the PNW! Directly between the Vancouver Waterfront and PDX, and directly down the street from downtown Washougal. Close to hiking and biking and water! The New Washougal Waterfront just minutes away, there is nothing more you will need from these soul nourishing views, to the quaint, small and unique eateries and pubs! Whatever reason you are traveling or staying, there is something here for you!

While we live very close by, in person interaction will be limited to respect your privacy. We also utilize a cohost to address any and all concerns or questions and our response will be prompt.

This is a heavily residential neighborhood. Very close to downtown and the Washougal Waterfront.

Please pull in the gravel driveway alongside the house and the gravel parking area is yours, along with full access to the fenced in front patio area and the entirety of the Guest House unit.

Large living space with large sleeper sofa, small 2-seater dining space, large bathroom with modern large shower. The kitchen features lots of counter space with large appliances, full size for this space. Ample kitchen supplies to stay in and cook!

Ample for personal vehicle, Uber and Lyft, not public transportation.

This space is a guest house behind another property, that is being lived in full time. Please understand there may be standard noise traveling via the back yard, but there is a privacy fence as well!
Parking is ample and 2 vehicles can fit easily.

The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
