This applies to every member of your group over the age of 6. Please be aware that some community amenities are seasonal and may not be open during your stay
- NOTE: This home is located in a secure, gated, private community. After booking, you will need to fill out a rental registration form, including your contact and guest information, that will be provided to you after booking. This information must be completed five (5) days before your check-in date. The name of each guest must be written down on the registration form to exactly match their photo ID. Each guest must bring a photo ID to present at the security booth. Anyone not listed on the registration form or who does not have a photo ID will not be permitted to pass the security booth and may not enter the Big Bass Lake community. Failure to provide this information in the required timeframe will result in an additional $50 registration fee due on-site
- NOTE: If the number of guests changes from what is listed on your registration, you will be required to fill out a Change of Reservation form with the Big Bass Lake community and pay a mandatory $15 change fee
- NOTE: The property offers step-free entry via the back ramp, and there is 1 bedroom/full bathroom on the 1st floor; however, stairs are required to access the 2nd-floor bedrooms/bathroom
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the roof, facing outward toward the front yard. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video (no sound) while guests are in residence
