Amazing villa!

Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Manuel Antonio estates has a beautiful lineup of villas and the staff (especially Julio) were extremely helpful. The villa is beautiful, spotless and luxurious. The place is magical. The hidden waterfall was a bonus! We will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! The concierge staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay seamless from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better—tucked away in a lush rainforest setting within a gated community just outside downtown Quepos. It’s close to fantastic restaurants, the marina, and the entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park. Every tour we booked with outside agencies picked us up right at the gate, which was so convenient. If I could give more than five stars, I would! We’re already looking forward to rebooking on our next trip.

The house wasn't very clean, especially the floors. The biggest issue with the house are the large gaps between and under the many glass doors which allow a lot of bugs inside. We found two huge Hunstman spiders on two different nights and a long-dead gecko in the bedroom. We also had several bugs come from between sofa cushions aa we sat there at night so maybe a good spraying is in order? We loved the pool, kitchen, and front porch as we watched the many birds and monkeys. The rain gutters are in very poor shape, as are the curtains. Very safe area which we appreciate - however there is a lot of motorcycle noise very early in mornings as workers arrive which was a bit annoying.

Regarding the issues you mentioned, please note that given the property’s jungle location, it’s natural to occasionally have a few unexpected visitors — such as monkeys, hummingbirds, toucans, and macaws. Our team always performs a full cleaning of the house as part of our routine maintenance to keep it fresh and comfortable without the need for sprays. During your stay, we offered cleaning service, but it was declined. Our concierge also checked in with you daily, and at the time, you mentioned that everything was great. We’re truly sorry we didn’t have the opportunity to assist further, as guest satisfaction is always our top priority. We’d also like to note that, since your stay was over 10 days, our on-site office is always open to guests — we’re just steps away and happy to help with anything that comes up in person. We truly appreciate your understanding and your helpful feedback, which allows us to keep improving for future guests. We hope to welcome you back next year so you can experience the new and improved conditions!
