The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured on site. The managers were kind and very helpful. The views were breathtaking and the access to the beach was easy. Will definitely stay again!

Right on the beach!

This was the perfect place for us and our family. We loved being right on the beach and our kids could run back and forth to the house on their own. It is easy to walk to mango marleys or not to far to drive to the other restaurants and stores. Will definitely be staying here again.

No hot water for 4 days on two different occasions. We had to shower at other properties they owned. Manager never reached out after asking to speak with them. Beach is not dog friendly should have been in description. The house was bare no salt pepper or any spices to cook with. I have never stayed at a house like this in my entire Vrbo times. This was the worst experience we have ever had. We will never stay at a pristine property again. Just awful.

Even though there was water, the lack of hot water was a true issue and we’ve escalated this to our maintenance team and the owner for a full plumbing inspection and repairs to prevent recurrence. This issue has been fixed. I also apologize that a manager did not follow up after you requested contact — we’re reviewing our communication procedures and reinforcing response protocols with staff. We tried to make things better by letting you use another unit for this inconvenience during your stay. We’ll update the listing to make sure everyone knows . Your comments were taken seriously and will be used to improve the property and guest experience.

Beautiful!!

This house was great. We had gorgeous views from the dining room table and master bedroom. It was only steps from the beach with a private boardwalk-this made it easy getting three children to and from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a pet friendly home which is wonderful HOWEVER…. Important to note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the beach. The back steps would benefit from some sort of lighting (turtle friendly of course) as I missed the last step two different times and typically steady on my feet. The home itself is very nice with plenty of rooms and space. *** Not owners fault but check your sheets before you go to sleep. The downstairs room sheets were dirty with hair and dirt****** The beach is beautiful, the sunsets and sunrises amazing. Not commercialized at all. This location is on the border of EST/CST with our watches and phones jumping between time zones but you are in CST…. Checkout is EST.

Mexico Beach

The house is Bigger than it appears in the on-line photos. The beautiful beach is just out the back door. It was very clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a hose outside, but an outdoor shower and walkway from it to the steps would decrease the sand in the house. Loved the location, no crowds. We saw dolphins and even newly hatched sea turtles.

Great stay

Great house! You can’t beat the view, the decks, and the proximity to the beach. The only temporary issue is the construction directly next door. Like 15 feet away. And they work every day of the week. They are building 5 houses in a row next to this one. I only mention this because if you have a baby like we did, it is very loud. Otherwise, the property is great! It is mentioned in the description, but they only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom so bring extra. Same with paper towels. Bring charcoal if you plan to use the grill! You will not regret booking this property!
