Summary:
Brand new home on a huge lot with trees and grass. Home has three full bathrooms! The incredible patio area features a huge paver deck, large hot tub, gas-operated patio, gas BBQ, and overhead gas heaters. The backyard has a Bocci court with an incredible view of Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort! Perfectly located near GPI airport, Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Whitefish and Glacier National Park.

The Space:
The house has an open floor plan perfect for family gatherings.

The living room includes a large sectional bed that converts to a queen sofa bed. The sofa is from Pottery Barn and extremely comfortable. The living room has a large screen TV and a gas fire place.

The kitchen overlooks the living room and includes all brand-new stainless steel appliances. A bar area with seating connects the kitchen to the living room. A separate dining area with gorgeous views connects to the kitchen.

A large master retreat with a king sized bed and big screen TV. The master has an en suite bathroom with shower, claw foot tub, and dual vanities.

On the other side of the home are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom includes a queen bed, and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom and a twin bed on top.

Upstairs is a "kid retreat" with four twin beds, a full bathroom, and a TV area with a couch.

Convenient location

Convenient location , close to whitefish, GNP and the airport; plenty of space for the family, hot tub was nice after the long hikes in Glacier National Park, gas fire pit warmed us up on the cooler nights.

Great home

We loved our stay at this Brody Lane property. It’s located very close to the airport, whitefish and glacier national. House was clean and very comfortable and we really enjoyed the yard.

Perfect spot for a wekeen getaway and skiing at nearby Whitefish. Communication was prompt and the house was beautiful and well-appointed.

Great place for our family reunion

A very nice property with plenty of rooms and beds for our family reunion trip. Not too far from the airport and various eating places. Very nice kitchen and living room that my family enjoyed spending time in and cooking. We also used the hot tub and fire pit which were great. Nice big backyard and view as well.

Relaxing weekend away

We stayed at the property over May long with a group of friends (6 adults, 3 kids). The property was beautiful. Situated on a lovely street and backing on to open fields with lovely views. The home itself is very well equipped. Lots of toys for the kids to play with, and practically everything you would need to be set up for a weekend of cooking and relaxing. Beds were comfy and we loved how each area of the house had their own bathroom. We had a great trip and look forward to staying again!!

Amazing property

We booked this house for a weekend stay and had a great time there. The pictures don’t do this house justice! There is tons of space for large groups and with the room configurations there’s lots of versatility with putting the snorers in one section haha. We didn’t get to take advantage of the nice back yard with the heaters but we used the hot tub nightly. The location is also perfect, you’re in a nice area with lots of space between houses and a quick 30 min drive to the hill and 10-15 mins to all the other amenities. Highly recommend this house. We are already planning for next year here.
