Stylish 25th Street Loft

Loft completed in 2016. Building built as a hotel in 1910. A 4.5 year renovation undertaken by family of designers. Perfect location for nightlife, dining, art galleries, music, proximity to the outdoors, etc... 25 minutes to skiing at Snowbasin.

Historic 25th Street was one of the most lawless streets in the country at one time. Brothels, opium dens and speak-easy's occupied most of the buildings. Even Al Capone was noted as saying notorious Two-Bit Street was too wild for him. Now H25 boasts scores of independent restaurants, bars, art galleries, etc... And all just 25 minutes from some of the best skiing imaginable.

Just two blocks from the FrontRunner Station that connects to Salt Lake and the SLC Airport. Very walkable downtown.

This is a historic building that lacks an elevator. There is a bar/nightclub next door to the hotel. It only operates 3 nights week (Thursday-Saturday). It is possible to hear musicians on their rooftop level (they only do rooftop shows during summer months).

Very cool place to stay. Great location with restaurants, coffee shops and bars right out the main door. The loft is clean and comfortable. You can hear some outside noise but that’s to be expected when you’re staying on a popular street.

Wonderful Location

In the historic district, walking distance to fine dining and casual restaurants. Table 25 was our favorite place to eat. Pig and a Jelly Jar serves a great breakfast. Lots of shops and coffee houses as well. The unit is large and creatively decorated. We hope to return sometime.

Made lemonade out of lemons!!

The units AC was not on, not great when checking in to a heated upper level unit. I don't think this unit gets rented regularly bc it was really dusty. Some of the finishes are pretty tired and should be replaced. No window coverings in living room or the window across from the bathroom, so privacy was a thing. The biggest challenge is the club/bar on the rooftop I think. Loud club music until at least 12AM if not 2AM. Would never rent this unit again BUT***** The owner offered me another unit on 25th after I messaged him late at night on my first night. Long story short, he was SUPER accommodating and the other unit was much nicer and quieter. I appreciated him being so flexible.

Great Choice

Location was fantastic. Place was very comfortable. All new appliances with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and both bathtub and shower. Wifi worked great and large television also included. Communication with owner was immediate. Everything was exceptional and I would definitely look at staying here again.
