The apartment was nice and clean, and we appreciated having access to the pool. However, the location was further down the Esplanade than we had expected, so we weren't able to walk to dinner and shops as we had planned. One room also had an air conditioner that wasn't working, making it extremely stuffy in the hot weather. Though we reported the problem immediately, management did not fix it. Another time, we would probably choose a different place at the other end of the Esplanade, hopefully with more responsive management.

Apartment was nice, clean and all ameneties comfortable. Didn't receive check in details until i called to follow them up. No onsite parking so had to carry all our luggage in from the street in the pooring rain. Apartment is a good 20 min walk to the esplenade and under the flight path, bit deceiving on the listing.

Such a shame you didnt read your emails or respond to your text messages with links to checkin instructions!!
It appears you also missed the details stating that parking is immediately out front of the unit. We cannot take responsibility for rain in the tropics.
Very sad to see your response given this beautiful apartment, its cleanliness & the care we have taken to ensure quality accommodation.
