Wonderful home - Great location for festivals

Nice, comfortable, and very clean home! Excellent manager/host communication and great instructions. Perfect location for music festivals. Highly recommend. We hope to stay here again. Thank you!

Hot Spa/Nippy Pool Was A Hit

The house and property were wonderful. The location was so close to the Indian Wells Tennis Grounds with many places to eat in between. You do need patience to get back into the gated area in the evenings, as there seemed to be quite a line of cars entering nightly. We enjoyed the jetted bathtub in the master bathroom as well as the well-heated spa and very nippy short lap pool. All the furniture (including beds) were roomy and comfortable. It was nice to have the extra pull-out bed in the dining/game room, even though we neither needed it nor used it. Also, to be able to recline with your feet up in the living room was welcome, after long days watching tennis. The linen and towels were soft and plentiful. We had a bit of mix-up with Wi-Fi (which was cleared up quickly) with incorrect access information posted on the refrigerator. We also could not get the TV's to work as there were not enough user-friendly instructions. (We made due.) A suggestion would be to include a coffee/tea bar with supplies (perhaps a Keurig) and a pitcher. We would definitely book another stay in this home.
