Relax to the sound of crashing waves, in the beautiful Huon town of Dover, gateway to the Huon. Gorgeous Kent beach is just a short (under 5 minutes) stroll away, the quaint town centre is a 25 minute walk away or just a few minutes by car.

The space
Mr Percival’s is a 3 bedroom brick house. The house is single story with no internal steps. Both the front and rear porch have one small step to access the front and rear doors.

There is a separate toilet.
The bathroom includes a shower over a triangular spa bath.
There are two rooms each with with a queen size bed, and one room with a double-single bunk bed.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hot plates, microwave oven, dishwasher, air fryer, and toaster oven. Crockery, cutlery, cookware, and basic cooking ingredients such as herbs, spices, oil, are provided for your convenience.

Guest access
You’ll have full use of the house and garden. Please note that the property is not fenced.

Other things to note
If you are staying with young children please note that the property is unfenced, and there are some breakable items you may need to place out of reach.

There are Beach toys you are welcome to use. Please rinse and return to the basket after use.
