Central modern 3-bedroom home

This bright and spacious 3-bedroom suite is centrally located in the heart of East Vancouver close to beautiful Trout Lake.

Located on the ground floor of a 2-storey house. Completely private, includes your own keyless entry. Free street parking and steps from transit.

Newly renovated with brand new high-end furniture. Fully stocked kitchen, two workspaces with high speed internet, A/C, large TV and lots of kids toys.

The space
There are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 queens and 1 twin), comfortably sleeping 5. A large living room with a brand new HDTV with Netflix and Prime invites you to relax after exploring the city. Two of the bedrooms have a dedicated working space with a desk and chair, with one having a large, HDMI plug in monitor.

You’ll have a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, including two induction burners, a microwave, air fryer/convection oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, as well as coffee, tea and condiments.

The bathroom has in-floor heating and a shower/bath combo. We provide fluffy towels and complimentary soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as a curling iron and hair dryer.

You have your own brand new washer and dryer, which is perfect for traveling families or longer stays. The suite has central cooling. We've also installed the highest level of air filtration system (MPR 2200, MERV 13) with constant circulation to remove dust and allergens.

It is located a 2-minute walk to public transit providing easy access to downtown. We are just a few blocks away from beautiful Trout Lake with mountain views, community center, summertime farmers' market, outdoor concerts, and ample lawns for picnics and relaxing! There are lots of grocery stores, restaurants, parks and playgrounds within a 5-10 minute walk. Shared EV parking is available on the property upon request.

There is a family with kids upstairs, but we’ve invested thousands in the best and highest tech sound proofing available. The temperature is also controlled from upstairs, but we are very responsive to your requests to adjust it.

Fabulous stay
A beautifully appointed property that has clearly had investment by hosts to make you feel at home (rather than staying in a rental), and to say well equipped doesn't quite do it justice! We discovered a smoothie blender, a vinyl player and a plethora of ingredients that made it feel like home and was easy to cook in (and we cook a lot), not only a coffee drip - but a cafetiere. So many little details have been considered, and I particularly like the numerous plants and decor (we liked your style). I was skeptical about being able to cook on the plug-in hobs and oven, but they were so efficient and we cooked for a family with large appetites. They were also very accommodating. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable visit, and we would not only be happy to return - would be open to moving in. :>)
