Except for our mobile-accessible rooms, all spaces feature a lofted bed accessed via a ladder. Plus, a fully equipped kitchenette, plenty of space to work, and a Roku TV to stream your favorite series. Enjoy comfortable seating and city views on the rooftop. Taylor Shellfish Oyster Bar is across the street, serving up top-notch shrimp po'boys. This area is perfect for strolls along the water, Renaissance Revival architecture, boutique shopping, and monthly art walks.

Perfect location for walking to stadiums

We came down from AK for a couple baseball games and loved the location and walk to the ball park. Also enjoyed a walk and scooter ride to Pike Place and the waterfront.

The perfect weekend getaway.

Our stay here was so relaxed. Check in was straightforward and easy to navigate. The room was immaculate. We took the longest and hottest shower of our life here. Location is so close to a variety of wonderful restaurants and bars and the cutest little bookstore. It was perfect for our romantic getaway.

Great access to Lumen and T Mobile

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Cute, clean, great location. Good kitchen for short stays, extra linens available downstairs if you want clean towels. Ladder is easy enough but read the instructions!

Clean and cute

Fun and cute stay. Perfect for two who want to see the city. Clean and modern. Took us a minute find the door. It’s in the alleyway on occidental. We found close parking on the street each night in the middle of the week.
