Ideal location

This property was very well located to all the interesting sights in and around Armidale. Easy walk to the town centre. Great size, with comfortable rooms and amenities. Would return to this apartment if ever visiting Armidale in the future.

Windows jammed so beds too hot for summer

Generally OK, but all windows have been painted shut so bedrooms upstairs became horribly hot from 4 pm on when max temps reached 30C . Fans provided only just allowed sweaty broken sleep, with the front door open all night for ventilation. Front door lock operates erratically and the small kitchen sink has no plug
