We stayed in this property with our 2 teen-age children and it was perfect for a family of 4. Security is excellent with 24-hour front desk support and facial recognition. The views from every window are INCREDIBLE of Table Mountain. It is a short walk to the beautiful Company Gardens and Greenstreet market and the non-touristy but trendy restaurants on Long Street and Kloof Street. It is in the "downtown" so is more "real" but you will see marginalised people which makes it seem a bit more unsafe than staying at the Victoria and Albert waterfront which is much more touristy and wealthy and we did feel safer there. Overall, if you want this area, I would highly recommend this property.

Incredible windows with views of Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, and Signal Hill. Kitchen was adequately equipped. However, apartment was not clean.

Apartment is nice and has great views. Security guard helped us with facial recognition check-in which was good to have. Reasonably well equipped. WiFi did not work while we were there. Owner offered to send a technician and we declined. No shampoo or conditioner. Nice towels. Location is centrally located but immediate neighborhood is a little dicey. Getting late checkout proved to be an issue but no other problems. I would recommend it.
