We were in the Trenton area for a wedding. This rental accommodated my entire family comfortably. The outdoor space was amazing, plenty of outdoor seating space, beautiful scenery, we would recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
Very spacious. Lots of room for six adults and three children. The fenced back yard was great as we had a toddler with us. We even saw a pair of swans with their young passing by on the river. Groceries were available close by if we needed anything. We all agreed we had a great time. Would recommend it for families.
We have just had a lovely 4 night stay at this property. We were attending the Quinte airshow, and this location was perfect. It is located in a small town that has a Foodland supermarket and an LCBO, less than 5 minutes away, what more could you need. The driveway is long enough that there would be no issue having 6 cars on it with room to spare.
Being located on the river is always a plus in the summer, and bug spray was provided. Having 2 inflatable dinghies with plenty of different sized life jackets, meant we all had lots of fun on the river.
All of us found the beds to be very comfortable. Our group was 5 adults and an 8 year old. 4 of the adults are in the 60 - 70 year old range, so needless to say that is very important.
The outdoor deck furniture allowed us to relax anywhere we wished to on the large and spacious deck.
All the utensils you would need to cook meals is provided, and we used just about all of them. The BBQ is in great condition, and was clean, which is not always the case.
There is a walking trail over to the island on the opposite side of the river, which can be accessed 3 or 4 doors up the street, across a weir/bridge.
