Brand new lakefront cottage 8 minutes north of Gimli. New build features large deck on the lake with 3 bedrooms 2 baths. There is Satellite tv, High Speed Internet, fireplace, and modern kitchen. Stunning lake views to enjoy.

Sleeps 6 people with 2 queen beds and a King bed in master. Has 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, BBQ, Air Fryer, oven, toaster, Coffee Maker, and fire pit. Private lot with park nearby to bike or walk.

This lovely Lakefront bungalow is what you have been hoping for! This home is open concept with a main living area that feature's lake views. At 3 bedrooms, 2 baths one being on suite, large walk-in closet. Other qualities are quartz counter tops, quality kitchen cabinetry with large breakfast bar/island, wine fridge, high end s/s appliances, and triple pane windows throughout. You will be delighted to see the double patio doors, access through the dining room and master suite with a spacious deck overlooking the lake. With forced air electric furnace, central air, and water softener. As well as a washer/dryer. It is truly a fabulous way of life waiting for you to enjoy!

Built in 2021 this new modern 1280 sq Ft cottage is your cottage get away.

Off season Oct-April $225/weekday $250/weekend night, min 2-night rental

High season May, June, July & August $400/night, minimum 5-night rental

Long Weekend $300/night, minimum 3-night rental

Remembrance Day/Christmas/New Years - $350/night, minimum 3 night

$750 damage/cleaning deposit (refundable within 1 week)
Pump out fee $125.

Pet Fee: $75/pet If applicable
