Take your pick of two outdoor areas - a sheltered dining with a BBQ and the sun-drenched deck for sunbathing with a good book. Sip your favourite holiday drink in the sunshine, or laze away the afternoon in the shade with the ocean breeze cooling you off.

If the weather calls for a day indoors, there’s plenty of space for everyone to come together in the living room. Whip up a few snacks or a hearty meal in your well equipped kitchen, and simply relax.

There’s plenty of lawn space here at Tokerau Magic, and if you have a boat, not only is there space to park it, theres an accessible boat ramp on Tokerau beach road.

You’ll have no trouble spending your days down at the water and popping back for lunch! Nearby you’ll also discover the secluded Maitai Bay a 10-minute drive away, the Carrington Golf Club, and Karikari Estate Winery and Restaurant just 5-minutes drive.

If you fancy some good ol' Kiwi takeaways or you need to top up on supplies, the local shops at Whatuwhiwhi are just a three-minute trip in the car.

Paradise location

We arrived during a cyclone and the house looked nice, clean, warm and ready for my whanau to enjoy 6days away. As our days went by we found the house wasnt as clean as i thought. Under the couches were so disgusting, yes we found dead bugs but that was fine it was the stickiness and dirt under the couches that was in need of a mop maybe due to the last holiday goers. We tried to rearrange the lounge so we could play board games.My 16 year old wanted to sleep down stairs where the tv was so we tried to pull out the couch bed and it was so old and rotten the sponged mattress was puffed up like dirty dust it was super disgu
