We want to assure you that we take guest concerns seriously, and we made every effort to address and resolve the issues promptly. We understand the importance of a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Additionally, we went beyond our usual measures and provided a full refund when you chose to leave early.
It's important to note that the major issue you experienced was a result of damage caused by a previous guest, and we are still in the process of recovering from this incident. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and appreciate your understanding.
