The house is newer, beautiful, and very clean. The beds were all super comfortable. Kitchen could use more small spoons, butter knives, and plates. A clock in the living room would be nice and so would a full length mirror somewhere. The elevator was little tricky to operate but we figured it out - just read the directions posted inside! lolI would not market this neighborhood as "pet friendly". There is NO grass outside the houses, you have to walk out to the beach road or over to the beach, but the beach doesn't allow dogs from 9am-6pm, and I read that there's a hefty fine if you do! The pool was ice cold because it's only in the sun at high noon, so in my opinion heating it should be INCLUDED in the stay at least through June, it should not cost hundreds of dollars more per day to use it. To make it worse, the pool guy flooded the driveway when he came one morning for scheduled service which got our kites and rods all wet. We all enjoyed playing the arcade game upstairs but the pool table wasn't great. And the ice maker in the first floor bar is very loud when you're trying to get to sleep. The FarmDog chair and umbrella service was great, they did an outstanding job every day! Overall this felt more like a condo than a house, but the walkway to the beach and elevator were exactly what our older family members needed, so I'm really glad we chose this house!
