Watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen 43" TV while relaxing on the comfortable couch paired with plush throw pillows and resting your tired feet on the soft carpet.

The open-style kitchen on the other side comes complete with an electric stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, and cutlery, as well as a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and other appliances. Cook delicious meals in the kitchen and serve them to your loved ones in the unique elevated dining set, which includes two upholstered highchairs. This set has a side shelf where you can put your basic kitchenware for more convenience.

Your tastes and standards are taken into consideration when designing the bed space. A king-sized bed fitted with a comfy mattress, luxury linens, and soft pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. A wall accent mirror with a stool adds an unparalleled level of elegance at the corner. Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus 310 goes to International City, among many others.

Marina Mall, Dubai Marina Yacht Club, JBR Beach and The Walk are all a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).
