Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean kitchens or BBQ if you use and your stuffs , leave all dirty towels on the bathroom floor, all garbage bins are behind black gate that you can see them from kitchen windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Noise control for outside is from 8PM to 8AM. Noise after 8PM May be reported to local police.
Pets allowed in house but they are not allowed in sofa, carpet, beds. Smoking is not allowed in house. Outside has to be away from window at least 10m
Kids and adults at won’t allow to stump, running on main floor after 8PM. Speaking Loud noise inside after 10PM has to be limited.

The property was great except for two things - 1. Potential renters need to carefully look at the pictures of how the bedrooms are configured before deciding how many people they can sleep in the property. We had 10 people, which the unit claimed to accommodate. However, the way the beds are configured, we ended up with 3 teenage boys on the couch downstairs and the downstairs floor. 2. There was a glitch in the hot water heater and multiple people did not get hot showers. Once we talked to Phi and he explained how to reset the water heater, we had adequate hot water.The location is close to bus stops and within easy walking distance of restaurants. I would recommend the space, but carefully look at the bed configuration.

Great space!

This clean modern house was perfect for our group of 6. It has a beautiful kitchen and all necessary amenities. We spent a couple of days enjoying Vancouver before leaving on a cruise and the location was quite central to the places we visited in the city. Beds were comfortable. The only caveat would be for those who have difficulty with stairs; there are several steps up into the house and all the bedrooms are upstairs.

The house was perfect for our family gathering. Quiet neighbourhood, excellent outdoor space. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. Lots of room, very comfortable, Everyone had their own space for quiet time, naps. Well equipped kitchen & bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.
