This outdoor paradise is the perfect basecamp for adrenaline-fueled activities such as hiking, biking, skiing, and climbing. After an exhilarating day, come home to a cozy tastefully decorated space, complete with all the amenities you need to recharge. Whether you're looking for an action-packed vacation or a peaceful retreat, Grizzly Meadows House has it all!

This newly built townhouse located in Skyline Peaks Development is located a short walk to Canmore's main street. Experience the small mountain town charm Canmore has to offer with great dining, shops and many amenities. A great option to get there is to cut into Policeman Creek's trail for a first taste of serene beauty. Grizzly Meadows is also steps away from numerous shops around the corner. Elevation place is Canmore's local Rec center and is minutes away to access indoor climbing, workout gym and a swimming pool with a lazy river and waterslide.

Recommended maximum adults is 6. This home is perfect for families and groups with children. Your children will be fighting over who gets top bunk!

The living room and kitchen is located on the 2nd floor to take advantage of the views. Bedrooms are located on the 1st floor.

ENTIRE TOWNHOME:
Guests have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay

PARKING:
Each unit in is assigned ONE parking stall. The complex has no visitor or additional parking. If you have more than 1 vehicle in your party, your options are:
⛷ Street parking along Kananaskis Way
⛷ Overnight parking at Elevation place parking lot (5 min walk)

POOL:
The swimming pool and hot tub is scheduled for completion late Spring 2024 :(

STAIRS:
The unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the complex. You will need to use the stairs to access. There is no elevator.

ACCESS DURING BUILDING CONSTRUCTION:
There is a construction fence to block off the remaining buildings and pool that is being finished. Take the sidewalk path right next to the building with the '113 Kananaskis Way' signage. This will take you to the stairway up to my unit.

The place was nice and clean. Location was perfect for us. The host provides for almost everything if you want to cook food (even has 2 containers of rice and a rice cooker). The park pass, extra umbrellas and the bear spray was really useful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
