Glenayr Farms Villa offers breathtaking views and is positioned on it’s own mountain with complete privacy and seclusion with no neighbours in site (apart from hundreds of sheep and kangaroos and George and Lawson our nosey cows).
Enjoy the first rays of the morning with spectacular sunrises and the last rays of the night with sunsets that simply take your breath away overlooking your own private dam.
Our Villa is built 100% off grid but without sacrificing luxury.
Architecturally designed floor plan with interior designed furnishings including a luxurious king size bed, a siting area by a fire place, a small marble kitchenette with gas stove top and a small fridge and freezer, a window seat one side to lounge in whilst admiring the view and the open plan bathroom on the other side with a glass wall in the shower to take in the view whilst showering. Enormous doors and windows to take in the views and opening up to an oversized deck with fairy lights with an outside kitchenette with BBQ and gas stove top and a daybed to enjoy an afternoon snooze or read a book or indulge in your own private hot tub (which becomes a mini plunge pool in summer) or sit by your fire pit and watch the sun set.
Enjoy doing nothing at all or take our 2 hour farm hike or wander into Mudgee to enjoy everything Mudgee has to offer. Or if you really want to indulge, have a helicopter pick you up from the door step of your Villa to take a scenic flight over the Capertee Valley and drop you off to lunch and wine tasting.
