Beautiful views and very comfortable property inside. We had a lovely relaxing time and the proximity to the water was fantastic. Our dog loved running around the big backyard. Only downside was that we had to put him on the lead to take him into the yard each time, to ensure he didn’t run out toward the road.

Lovely water views

It was lovely to be able to share a weekend away with my dog. The house was easy to find, the check-in process went smoothly and there is a lovely park for dog walks (and lots of dog swimming!) a short stroll from the house.

A few minor things: the front door handle is very wobbly and the front door doesn’t fit properly. The beds are very comfortable but at the bottom on the carpet at the foot of the main bedroom bed there is a rug that looks very dirty and old. It should be replaced. We were disappointed that there were no table lamps or standard lamps-overhead lighting is unpleasant. The fridge when we got there was much too cold.

To the owner of this property. Unfortunately, our experience with this property was overshadowed by the poor management from "Weekenda". Before check-in, we tried to call multiple times to get info regarding check in as we were sent none! Every phone call was answered by an automated bot, and I was never able to speak with an actual person. The same issue occurred when trying to contact the property owner through the message function, with all messages receiving only giving me automated responses.If you have an emergency or need urgent assistance during your stay, I would not rely on 'Weekenda' to provide timely support. The lack of human contact was extremely frustrating and left us feeling unsupported.As for the property itself, the inside of the property was exceptionally clean and well-presented. However, the outdoor deck was a serious safety concern, with multiple nails protruding from the surface (front and back deck). This posed a real hazard, particularly for dogs and anyone walking around the deck area.While the property itself had some positive aspects, the lack of accessible host support and the safety issues outside made our overall experience disappointing.
