Drive down a quiet dirt road to arrive at this gorgeous contemporary home. Enter the house into an open concept living, dining and kitchen. Archways highlight the airy living area. Hardwood floors. Glass sliders lead to the deck and yard. There's a bedroom and a full bath on this level also.

Upper Level: Here you'll find the private main bedroom with a lovely small balcony and full bath.

Lower Level: a bonus room for TV viewing and the washer and dryer are on this level. There's a large yard, perfect for outdoor grilling., family picnics, outdoors living.

Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request

Sweet Cape Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to walk to Lieutenant Island and to ride our bikes to the rail trail. The house has lots of natural light, and it’s nice that it has mini-splits as well as a gas fireplace. Very comfie bed. Melissa was an excellent property manager. We hope to rent again!

Great house, as pictured. Nice location, comfortable queen bed, responsive host. Stained dining room chairs and throw carpets. Although the couch was comfortable , it’s very dirty, and needs a thorough cleaning, stained throw pillows, dirty curtains. The host did offer to send a housekeeper. After a 5 hour trip, we just wanted to relax. Several recessed lights non functioning, unusable ironing board covered in white mold (stored in the basement) . Old Vacuum cleaner, cord was considerably frayed with electrical tape used. The host sent dishwasher tabs upon request as there were none upon our arrival. Microwave handle was broke but still functioned. Unfortunately this house only had plastic plates, which isn’t great when eating steak several nights for dinner. Comfortable and spacious for 4. Nice deck outback and friendly neighbors. Most area residents walk their dogs off leash. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on the cool nights. Just a short walk or bike ride to Lieutenant’s Island, with breathtaking views. Be sure to know when low/ high tide is! This property is missing a keen eye for detail and maintenance upkeep. We enjoyed our time here and would visit the area again!

Good facilities including heating and AC. Reasonably priced. 2 good bedrooms with bathrooms. The top floor one with a nice balcony. Hassle free check in and check out. Would come back again.
