The property was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We probably would have preferred a bit more privacy as it was quite open and in order to obtain some privacy, we kept the curtains closed. Whilst the place was nicely decorated, it felt a bit too much and didn’t leave much room to put our things on shelves in the bathroom or living room. There was no linen provided for the couch, which was offered as additional bed. A lot of cushions everywhere, even stored in the tall boy in the bed room. It was ok for a weekend, but if you’re going for a bit longer, there is definitely not enough storage space. Overall, we were happy with the location in close proximity to shops and beach.

It was just far too expensive for what it is even though I stayed between Christmas and new year. So I feel a bit sick I got caught up in a rate that was more than a hotel. Then I got stung by unexpected cleaning and other fees. 2.5k for a 4 day stay. I feel very ripped off Stayz.

The unit is in a great location to shops and beach. Both are in walking distance. The communication with the host was excellent and timely. Small issues/concerns/questions were answered and actioned quickly. Listing is as per photos.Perfect place if you are looking for somewhere to sleep for the night (s) after being out most of the day. Potentially could be noisy in peak season due to proximity to bowls club and adjoining units.
