Designed with families in mind, this home offers an open layout that caters to activities together and individual privacy. Create memories in the warm, welcoming kitchen and dining room, two family rooms, private casita, two master bedrooms and oversized bunk room for your little guests.

Enjoy the beautiful scenery that extend from the family room to the spacious balcony that bring together outdoor and indoor living with views of Ledges Fairway, your own private pool and the stunning red mountains of Snow Canyon. Equipped with comfortable seating, dining area and Weber Grill, this area ensures that you can indulge in outdoor dining in the perfect setting. Other outdoor accommodations include private hot tub, putting green, fire-pit, and covered patio.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, and is conveniently located nearby the Tuacahn Amphitheatre, Performing Arts Center, and the stunning Snow Canyon State Park. Minutes away you'll find incredible biking, hiking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

Weekend with the family

We spent the weekend with our grandchildren and it was perfect! The house accommodated our group so well, there was enough room for everyone yet there was a large gathering place inside and out. The manager communicated all of the amenities and answered all of our questions. I would stay there again.

Everything in the home was easy to use and functional. There were plenty of towels and ample laundry facilities and supplies for our many swimmers! We have family in Utah and California and will likely consider staying here again in the future. The management company even let us check in an hour early because we had a cranky toddler in need of a nap - we are so grateful because it meant we had an easier travel day and could enjoy our vacation without cranky screams from a three-year-old!!

We stayed in an exquisite home nestled amidst the red rock formations of Snow Canyon Park, and the views from my patio balcony were simply breathtaking. We spent our days hiking through Snow Canyon, biking through the surrounding trails, and relaxing by the pool. In the evenings, we enjoyed delicious meals in a fabulous and spacious kitchen while enjoying the stunning sunrise and sunsets from our patio. The bedrooms, sanctuaries of tranquility, Plush beds, in very nice decor and linens. It even had a separate casita for our Son and his wife. Snow Canyon park was just a few minutes away where we embarked on exhilarating hikes through the labyrinthine canyons of Snow Canyon State Park, marveling at the ancient petroglyphs that adorned the rock walls. Afternoons were spent basking in the tranquility of the sparkling pool and hot tub. We enjoyed burgers and steaks with a very nice BBQ on the patio. We also ventured into the heart of St. George a few minutes away and experienced wonderful cuisine from one of the many restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful Airbnb at The Ledges to anyone looking for a unique and memorable vacation experience."I hope this helps!

It’s a comfortable, well-appointed house that can easily accommodate and entertain a crowd. It’s ideal for family reunions or group getaways with plenty of room for multiple games, conversations, work spaces, and relaxation.The house was spotless and included everything you need to cook, unwind, and enjoy the area. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and backs up against the golf course, so the views are spectacular. We especially loved the large sliding doors and remote-controlled outer screens that expanded the living space to the outdoors while keeping bugs out. The property is within easy walking distance of pickleball courts, clubhouse, community pool, exercise room, etc. The pool on the property has a large shallow area for kids to splash in. The hot tub was great after running a marathon; the small putting green comes stocked with putters and golf balls. There’s also a gas firepit and barbecue—although we didn’t get a chance to use those.One of the unique features was what we called “the bunkhouse.” It’s a huge room with four queen beds and two twin beds arranged in three sets of bunks. It’s the perfect “kid-room” if you’re planning a reunion, leaving the other large private rooms with king beds as retreats for adults. There’s a ton of dinning space both inside and out, two sets of washers and dryers, lots of counter and pantry space, and luxurious bathrooms. Two huge family rooms and upstairs and downstairs patios ensure everyone has a place to relax. Good central AC which is important in St. George.Check in and out was contactless and a breeze. I’d definitely book this property again.
