Chillin' at the beach

Everything was very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Only one thing, too many bed pillows, no where to store them! Overall, this is a 5 star condo.

Beach getaway

We have stayed at the Beach Colony Resort several times. This is our first time in this unit and won't be our last. The condo is beautifully decorated and is just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit.

Excellent property!

This property is beautiful and the location is excellent. The pictures are exactly what you will find inside except it is more lovely in person. The only reason the check-in was rated low was because of the rental company experience upon checking in. But the rental property and my experience through VRBO was perfect.

summer vacation

The place was just as pictured. It was very accommodating for me and my family as i have a 2 year old that loved the kiddie pool. The only down side is they do not provide extra trash bags or towels during your stay.

Very nice condo at Beach Colony resort

We enjoyed staying at the oceanfront condo at the Beach Colony resort. Condo is clean, bright and spacious for 2 of us. It had everything that we needed and we felt that we are at home, Bed, mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The condo is perfectly located between Bare foot Landing and Broadway on the Beach, just a short 10 minutes drive, There are many theaters, restaurants and cafes in the area.The beach is beautiful. We had a great time, and hope to come back next year! Thank you.

We had an awesome time. The weather was perfect. The Condo was immaculate all new beds, new furniture. The bed was so comfortable, we slept great every night. We cooked in almost every night and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. The balcony was very quiet and peaceful as it overlooked an incredible ocean view. This condo was so cozy. I highly recommend staying here, the amenities were awesome. We loved getting in the hot tub and swimming in a heated pool. We will definitely stay here again and again!

Overall Nice

Condo was nice, pictures accurately depicted property. The parking garage was difficult to maneuver while driving in and out. We have a honda pilot and just barely made the clearance in the garage. Others in our party had a toyota 4 runner and could only park at the bottom level, which most of the time had no parking. They ended up having to pay to park.

Disappointment !!

Ive stayed at Beach Colony at least 5 times and this was the worst room ive had.The room was not clean at check in , half the outlets in the room didnt work. 1 remote for both tvs, and I didnt realize Beach Colony had such small rooms.And to check in , you have to stopin their office to pick up a packet , never heared such a thing. Never again thru Elliott beach rentals.

Pools are nice. Elevator process sucks. Garage parking is fine but only goes to 6 so you have to ride an elevator up. Garage is tight and narrow. Mostly families there which was nice. Indoor pool is closed for renovations.
