Legal 1 bedroom suite in quiet / mature area,close shopping plaza and traffic.

A right middle spot between Calgary and Edmonton, to take a rest, to walk around rick trails and to visit parks, shopping plaza and quiet sleep night with all the furniture and tools for your comfort living and stay in center of Alberta, a short drive to lakes and mountains.

This is a separate suite with a private entrance
attached to our home.
-You have complete privacy.
-You also have access to laundry.
- Private parking space in the back.
- 1 bedroom with a king mattress
-Children welcome
-Quiet Street, only local traffic
-no smoking inside or on the property

term stays.

there is laundry facilities in the suite.

smoking anywhere on the property. We are
keeping this a smoke free location due to

Enjoyed are stay. Second time staying here. Everything you need is included. Host is exceptional. Close to all amenities. Collocation Centre is close by. Will definitely be back.
