About this property

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom stilted home is located at the east end of Sanibel approximately 200 yards walking distance to the beach. It has a large open kitchen/living /dining room floor plan with wall-to-wall multiple pocket sliding glass doors that open out to the spacious screened in deck and private swimming pool area. Open up the glass doors to allow the tropical breezes and the sanctuary surroundings in! The living room has a new sectional sofa, 50 inch flat screen TV, and cozy non-working fireplace. There are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has private bathroom, large walk-in closet, king size bed, flat screen TV, and opens up to the private pool deck area. The guest bedrooms include: one with 2 twin bunk beds; the other guest bedroom is suited with a comfortable queen size bed and a flat screen TV. This home has everything you need to enjoy the treasures of Sanibel. You can relax by the private pool, listen to Music on the Sonos outdoor speakers, or walk down to the sugary white beaches. There is also an outdoor shower perfect for cleaning up after a full day at the beach! This truly is the perfect Sanibel vacation home.

*This is a "Pet Friendly" property and the owner will allow you to bring your small family dog for an additional fee. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING.
