About this property

7204 Victoria in All Seasons for All Reasons

This is Victoria's best kept secret!
Don’t miss out on this affordable stay and visit Vancouver Island
You will be living comfortably in a character home built in 1909, but fully renovated with spectacular mountain and ocean views.
This location is with beautiful natural surroundings and beach access, water front walkway, quaint Cook Street village for shopping food and drug store.
Although home for 7 Independent Living seniors 55+ , there 5 rooms for travellers to stay a month or longer.
The house itself opens onto the Salish Sea. Across the road and over the water, hang gliders rollick the skies.
Along the sea wall walkers, joggers, and cyclists take advantage of the miles'-long stretch of ocean. From Ogden Pt where the cruise ships put in to Finlayson Pt to Clover Pt to Gonzales Pt and on around the perimeter of Victoria.
Close by is Beacon Hill Park, which is a 25-minute walk through the park to downtown's Inner Harbour.
“ I loved the close proximity to everything: the Parliament buildings, the Provincial Museum, the Empress, the harbour ferries.
To say nothing of the free wifi, street parking, a garden out back, a garden out front, and a statue of St. Francis of Assisi overseeing this pocket of paradise from a trickling fountain.
The room was compact, well-equipped, the residents friendly and helpful, and the managers so helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate. If I had but one word to describe this place it would be this: HOME
