Welcome to our charming studio cottage in the heart of Georgetown! Perfect for solo travelers or couples seeking a peaceful getaway, our cottage provides a comfortable and private space for you to relax and unwind. This is the spot if you're traveling on a budget!

Please note that this is a small separate home at the back of a property that is shared with a larger home that may have other guests. The large deck and seating area is shared between both properties. Occasionally, the owner may need to go to the backyard to water the plants. Parking is on the street as the driveway is reserved for the larger home.

Living Room: Features a comfortable pull-out queen sofa with cozy linens. Smart T.V, and Desk / Dining Table with seating. CEILINGS ARE LOW, so this is not the ideal place for tall folks!

Bathroom: Clean and well-maintained with basic toiletries provided.

Kitchenette: Equipped with a convection microwave, full size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and essentials for light meal preparation.

Please note that there is not a washer or dryer in this property.
