Birdsong is so cosy and clean, a perfect place to relax and unwind with one of the best views on Bruny. The out door bath is a real bonus loved the well stocked kitchen and some really nice cook books for inspiration. Only bad part was having to leave. Will definitely book again.Thanks for having us.

Wedding anniversary to remember

Wow what an amazing stay and place! We booked this place for our first wedding anniversary and wanted somewhere we could stay with our dogs as a family and this place was the perfect spot to enjoy and relax with all. We will have memories from here forever. Thanks for a great time!

Better than the pictures

It's safe to say that the while the photos are gorgeous, the truth is even better! The house has a lovely, welcoming feel and has so many considerate touches. We had purchased food and supplies for our 3 days on Bruney Island and thanks to the hosts, all of the cooking and food prep supplies were there and easy to find. Other small touches like having the combustion heater and outside fire pit prepared with kindling. No shortage of books and games. The most difficult part was having to leave the property to do the magnificent walks around the area! Thanks so much to our hosts for entrusting us, and other guests, to this slice of heaven.

The property was in a beautiful location, the fire was burning when we arrived making it very welcoming, it was they most peaceful place I have been too and the very friendly possum was charming. Katherine was really helpful, it was a perfect getaway
