Positives: Very Clean. Convenient. Beds comfortable. Host responded promptly. Kitchen well stocked.
Negatives: Not enough seating for 4. Rooms cramped. Couch felt like cloth stretched over a wooden box with little padding. Could not control the thermostat. Temperature was too warm in the evening and had to open all windows to overcome. Drunken parties next door. Trash bin was over flowing with rotten produce all over the ground, animals present. No emptying the entire week. Fan in the bathroom is not functionable unless the fan was on in the main section (wiring issue possibly). Microwave threw the circuit numerous times and had to be reset. Pool and hot tub are not available as advertised. The only unit in the complex without a patio and rear entrance to the street. Sitting area w picnic table was provided in the landscaping bed to the rear, however a drunken guest next door stole it. Overall, not worht the price paid.
