A spacious new home with modern design. Built in 2020, it features a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with a super comfy couch and extra seating areas. The kitchen table seats 10 comfortably. Vast windows accentuate the outstanding view of the Kerikeri river. This property is elevated and beautifully positioned for all day sun and spectacular sunsets. Enjoy an evening wine on the extensive covered deck with outdoor lounger and table. Comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas.

The bedrooms are all on the west side of the house with large windows and sunset views. There is a well equipped laundry and an extra bedroom studio with a queen bed. The studio has it's own small deck and immense views.

This house lends itself to families and is child friendly.

This house would also be perfect for wedding groups who want to get ready in style. Perfect spaces for hair stylists, makeup artists and photographers to come and get you ready for your special day. The house features a spacious ensuite bathroom with double basins and another main bathroom.

Located only 5 mins drive to the town center. Ride a bike or walk down to the nearby Roland's Wood. Or take a longer walk along the tracks to the stone store. The town center has many coffee shops, 2 supermarkets, a comprehensive brand new skateboard park and children's playground a library, swimming pool, events center and weekend farmers markets.

And....for the skateboard enthusiasts we have a skater's dream in our back yard!

The property was well equiped and tidy and there were clear instructions on what was required on departure. The property was spacious and had a good outdoor space with plenty of seating to enable a good panaromic view of the costal inlet and surrounds.

This is such an amazing place! Great views-beautiful ambiance. It did lack cutlery, and the dishwasher wasn’t doing its thing very effectively. But the views - at all times of day - from every room and the deck were awesome. Also close to town via car and excellent walking trails. We really enjoyed our stay.
