Our apartment promises a blend of style, comfort, and convenience. The apartment has been remodeled so that our guests feel comfortable and right at home. The ground-floor apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and two full bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal of the day, and there's a nice dining table to enjoy a sit-down meal, plus there's a breakfast bar that can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace. With high-speed WiFi, entertainment is always just a click away.

For those who love a refreshing dip, the spacious pool within the condominium awaits. Secure parking is also available for one car, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. Dive into the heart of Puerto Vallarta and make memories that will last a lifetime!

Guest Access:
You will have access to all the common areas of the condominium wearing the bracelets provided inside the apartment. Each lost bracelet has a cost of $2000 MXN, upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found. You also have a private parking.

The Neighborhood:
Nearby you can find good restaurants, pharmacies, taquerias, Crossfit, TRX, Yoga, Local Market, and for those who like to walk in nature the path of the Pitillal River, which reaches the beach.

Getting Around:
The property is located approximately 4.8 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport.

Other Things to Note:
Please note there's ongoing construction happening nearby. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.

All types of visitors are strictly prohibited. No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.

Please kindly note that our parking spaces are limited in size, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate high-dimensional vehicles or those with trailers as much as we would love to.

A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available for rent upon request and must be reserved before check-in.

A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.

There are surveillance devices on the exterior of the property.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure, losing or not returning the bracelets will have a penalty of $2000 MXN for each one.
