We loved it so much, we bought it! Enjoy your stay at this fabulous 2-bedroom 2-bathroom villa just a short stroll from the beach - where comfort meets coastal charm located in Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head.

This great complex has 3 miles of beautiful white sandy beach, very short walk to 1 of 5 community pools,3 Championship Golf courses, 24 lighted amazing pickleball courts, 19 clay tennis courts, with a pro shop that has it all. 11-mile lagoon for canoeing, paddle boating, crabbing, fishing and more! Fantastic happy hour deck! Walk to the well-known Alexander's for a fabulous dinner, followed by a stroll on the beach to watch the sun set. Whether you want a sports vacation or just relax on the beach it's a place where irreplaceable family memories are made.

We would consider trading time for other properties.

The most beautifully fragrant magnolia tree that shades our private deck, End unit, Easy walk to the beach, golf, tennis, pickleball, restaurants and the very well equipped country store. Free shuttle bus to the beach, tennis/pickleball, golf, shopping & restaurants in Shelter Cove. 8 a.m-9 p.m. (seasonal) 843-689-4222
