The condo building is quiet. The suite is large enough for two people. There were a few housekeeping items that needed to be addressed but other than that, we have booked again for next year.

The best part of our stay was the location to stores, restaurants etc. For the most part the place is comfortable and has most everything you need. Lots of storage is a bonus as bedroom is very small and has no window.

Seaside condo in Sidney

The suite is a lovely place, with great location. Check in and check out went well - the photo's were helpful to locate the lockboxes. However, the suite definitely lacked in the cleaning department - the floors were filthy and dust / dust bunnies were on most surfaces in the living space and bedroom.Little things such as coffee pods for the keurig machine, salt and pepper shakers, dishcloths for the kitchen, garbage bags, etc would have been very welcome and elevated the experience.

The suite was very clean and well-stocked with pots/pans/plates/cutlery. Bed was creaky - roll over and it was noisy. Otherwise all was excellent, great wifi and tv on wifi, pretty perfect. Not cozy, though - minimal decor.

It is essential to closely inspect this and every short term rental upon arrival. Document any minor or major damages and anything needing repair. Notes, photographs and videos. Immediately share these findings with the property owners. Document and immediately share noise concerns from adjacent units. This unit does not seem to be maintained and monitored by the property owners themselves. Note that the bedroom does not have a window.
