You will have full access to the villa and courtyard area. There is a comuunal walkway to your villa

One of the oldest buildings in South Fremantle, ROsa Villa 3 is located only minutes walk from SOuth Fremantle beach. It is in the centre of the trendy South Fremantle Cafe culture also.
You enter into a front courtyyard area provideing seating .
Once insode you are in the kitchen . Fully equipped for cooking in.
THe laundry is off the kitchen area with a washer and condensor dryer. On the other side of the laundry is the bathroom. Walk in shower, toilet and sink.
On the other side of the kitchen you walk through to the living room. Sofa , coffee table and smart Tv wall fixed . THe living area is air conditioned and is very good at cooling / heating the entire villa .
Through the living room is the bedroom. Queen bed , bedside tables and a wardrobe .
The villa backs onto a very well known hairdressing salon for any ladies that fancy a hair do whilst staying.
We dont have designated parking but there is spaces available on the street verge and the street.

Rosa villa is close to bus top that can take you directly down SOuth Terrrace into main central fremantle .
Train station - Train ride to the City is approx 1/2 hour
