A second living room with a couch and TV is ideal for family games or relaxing with a book. Blinds, air conditioning, fans and breezy windows ensure pleasant temperatures all year round.

Dine at the chic timber table with soft high back chairs. Calm coastal art adorns the walls. The contemporary kitchen certainly brings cooking inspiration.
