We again stayed at this property and they continue to deliver a great trip. Condo was spotless as well as the entire property and the location near the beach and John’s pass awesome. Ocean view from the property is incredible!!!

Nice place

Good spot, close to John’s Pass. Walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. Would stay again!

Very clean, great location, spacious. Parking is not the best. I suggest they paint room numbers on each parkng spot, since each room gets one spot that way if someone is in it, they get towed right away. We had to park away from the condo because non authorized people parked there. We also had the fire alarm go off at 11 pm one night and had to be evacuated. Overall this is a great place would have given 5 stars but parking was such an issue.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad the unit was clean, spacious, and in a great location. I’m sorry parking was a problem and that the fire alarm went off late — that’s not the experience we want for our guests. I’ve shared your parking suggestion with the property management/association to explore painting spot numbers, improving signage, and strengthening enforcement so unauthorized vehicles don’t take guest spots. I’ve also reported the alarm incident to maintenance and building management so they can determine the cause and work to prevent future false activations. Thanks again for the feedback — we hope to welcome you back and earn that fifth star.
