This freshly renovated, ground floor stay features thoughtful furnishings and a soothing white palette, offering a tranquil space to unwind after a day of work or sightseeing. An open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is well-appointed with everything you need to prepare meals at home, allowing you to stock up on fresh gourmet produce at the renowned Prahran Market to cook up and enjoy at the breakfast bar.
In the lounge area, you’ll find a generous sofa and two cosy armchairs nestled around a gas fireplace, ensuring guests are comfortable year-round. Settle in and watch a movie, or kick back with a book while you enjoy leafy views. Should you wish to enjoy a meal alfresco, this area offers a comfortable four-seater table in the patio facing the courtyard.
Two spacious and thoughtfully furnished bedrooms sleep four guests, with the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed while the guest bedroom includes two singles, both with radiator heating. An elegant, contemporary bathroom offers a bathtub to enjoy a relaxing soak at the end of the day, as well as complimentary toiletries to make you feel at home.
Other conveniences include WiFi, radiator heating in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom, driveway parking for one car, and in-unit washing machine and dryer.
